Past
Raleigh Court Holiday Parade: went well without any episodes.
Christmas Party: went well with 22 attending. Cathy Williams and Mike Lugar were recognized for their work last year.
Upcoming activities:
Winter Field Day: January 24-25. Will be held at the Red Cross building. The radio room will conduct 1-2 radios. There will also be a presentation on CW by Avery Gibbs. And a technical work area for people to set up VARAAC.

FM Hite gave an update on American Red Cross EmComm and AREs
Ben Williams updated VE activities, in NRV and Roanoke
Linda Cheek updated membership activities with a questionnaire on the club. First newsletter was published in December.
Meeting with Eating: January 10, 8:30 AM at Golden Coral
ARRL grant was denied because the amount requested was too high.
New Business
2026 budget: Marty presented the proposed budget for the year. It was agreed upon. Work is needed to reduce expenses and increase income.
Hamfest: The middle school is using their area during our usual time for the hamfest. We will check with the high school, look for a different venue, or change the date. TBD
We did a drawing for the $75 coupon from AC Baker for $75. Ben Burch won.
